After a lot of wrangling, we were persuaded to add this Settlement pack to the Official CE store. You still need to be captain level 30 and have purchased a Settlement licence to deploy this pack.

Take the time to read the settlement guides on the forums and talk to other settlement owners before jumping in. Owning and running a settlement is a seriously expensive business. It is challenging and yet can be very rewarding.

This kit comprises :

1 X Settlement Hub Part 1
1 X Settlement Hub Part 2
1 X Settlement Hub Part 3
1 X Settlement Hub Part 4
1 X Settlement Hub Part 5

1 X Cygnus Power Generator V1
1 X Settlement Housing Unit 1
1 X Research Laboratory

NB: You need to be Level 30 and posses a valid Settlement Licence to be able to Deploy this kit. This kit will ensure you get off to a good start.

Your settlement is open to attack from Pirates once it attains level 3.
