Settlement Promenade Repair

It's taken many months of negotiation, but the Coalition Commerce has finally managed to come to an agreement with the Repair Services Trade Union. This break through now allows any Level Six settlement to place a Promenade Repair Customer Center.

Whilst the building itself has running costs it will also earn a % income from the passing trade of ship and ECO owners making repairs at the owners settlement.
