The 'Reduction Matrix' is a truly remarkable device. Based off the recent 'Dark Matter' technologies that have been released, designers have managed to create a device that scans almost any schematic and within practical reason can reduce the construction resource cost.

The device needs to be plugged into a ships Pod System and will only work under the normal restrictions of crafting but they can save a full time crafter an fortune in resources.

The device will show as 'Active' once in the crafting screen and will automatically display the reduced resource requirements based on the Reduction Matrix's ability.
