This is a Settlement Repair System.
It is fully automated and does not require any crew or skilled staff,
of course that does not mean it runs for free and you will still have to
cover the daily running costs as per usual.
This building and it's various systems are there to maintain and repair
all Expanse Settlement based buildings and ancillary units. It does not
offer ship repair as its primary focus is the Settlements systems.
Once fitted the system will become active and will attempt to repair a
proportion of any Settlement based damage every 15 minutes. You can also
increase this by researching 'Settlement Repair Efficiency'.
It should be noted : REMOVING the settlement repair facility will RESET ANY research done in to this topic back to level 1.
