Babylon Scan Halo 1

The Babylon scan pod is a mixture of all the latest developments in scan technology which have been shrunk to fit into a single unit. Through the use of resonators, microwave technology, particle composition beams and electromagnetic amplifiers, the pod increases the scan rate of any captain that has one equipped.

The Babylon Scan Unit is available in four types, but captains are unable to equip more than one at any time due to the strong waves of resonance that are directed at the ship when detection is taking place.

Any attempt to use more than one pod will result in the ship shaking itself to pieces.
