Settlement Manufacturing & Production Center

Whilst many Settlements will strive to be a beacon of light and hope to those wishing to delve into the latest shopping extravaganza, some Settlement owners will see the long term investment in owning their very own Manufacturing Center.

As Settlements come pre set with Commercial Stores this building is an obvious choice from many owners. On the other hand the 60,000 energy requirements and the harsh 5,000 Talas per day maintenance costs can often put off all but the most determined owner.

Once located patrons of the Settlement will be able to carry out production and manufacturing processes like those on larger corporate stations.

Also there is the small point that once in place a Settlement Manufacturing Center cannot be removed.
